Organizations can enhance security by adding their own specific terms to the banned list. This might include company names, product identifiers, or other internal jargon that should never be part of a password

When users set or change their passwords, Actonix automatically validates the new password against both global and custom banned lists. It employs sophisticated algorithms, including fuzzy matching and scoring, to detect subtle variations of banned terms (e.g., using symbols or numbers to replace letters). Passwords are given a strength score, and only those meeting a predefined threshold are accepted.
